Mitigation Project Manager

Mitigation Project Manager overseeing restoration projects and Water Mitigation crews; duties include establishing accurate scope of work and statements of work, negotiating with customers for approvals, scheduling and coordinating crews/subcontractors, reviewing site documentation for client requirements and billing, maintaining communications with customers, vendors, and insurers, managing production expenses, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, and actively engaging in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates. Requires strong leadership and communication, estimating/Job costing/quality control proficiency, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word, Xactimate. IICRC WRT/ASD certifications are a plus; valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screens; willingness to travel locally and occasionally beyond.”
