Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial mitigation projects from initial loss through completion, including managing crews, coordinating job schedules, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring safety and quality per company standards. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, developing project scopes, coordinating technicians/subcontractors/equipment, monitoring drying progress, maintaining documentation (moisture logs, photos, daily records), communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, keeping projects on schedule and within budget, enforcing OSHA standards, performing quality control, assisting with estimating and invoicing, and participating in emergency response on-call rotations. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, restoration industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced emergency situations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-5 years of restoration, mitigation, or construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Xactimate experience
