Job Summary
Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration and mitigation projects from initial loss through completion; manage crews, coordinate job schedules, maintain customer communication, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and per company standards. Lead or supervise crews, coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials; monitor drying progress and ensure industry-standard mitigation procedures; maintain accurate documentation (moisture logs, photos, daily records); communicate project updates with customers, insurance adjusters, and management; ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; oversee jobsite safety per OSHA standards; perform quality control inspections and resolve customer concerns; assist with estimating, invoicing, and job-file completion; participate in emergency response and rotating on-call schedule; preferred certifications include IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, OSHA safety, and Xactimate experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2–5 years of restoration/mitigation or construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
