Job Summary
Oversee water, fire, mold, and contents projects from first notice of loss through dry-out and transition to reconstruction. Conduct inspections, define scopes, and coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors while maintaining complete project documentation including photos, moisture logs, and compliance records. Communicate with customers, property managers, adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure efficient movement and customer support. Manage budgets, timelines, change conditions, and project closeout while partnering with office staff to support billing and collections. Hire and develop crews, ensuring margin awareness and accountability for subcontractors. Given the emergency services nature of the role, flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected. This foundational role supports Paul Davis's mission to provide extraordinary care during people's toughest moments across the United States and Canada.

- Significant experience with water, fire, mold, and contents
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and job sequencing
- Proficiency with technology and adaptability to new software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- IICRC certification (at least WRT)
- 2-3 years of managing restoration projects end to end
- Flexible hours (nights / weekend)
- Full-time role with variable field schedule based on active projects
Desired Qualifications
- Restoration or insurance-related construction experience
- Estimating experience or familiarity with Xactimate and Cotality
- Additional IICRC certifications (ASD, FSRT)
