Mitigation Project Manager

Oversee water, fire, mold, and contents projects from first notice of loss through dry-out and transition to reconstruction. Conduct inspections, define scopes, and coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors while maintaining complete project documentation including photos, moisture logs, and compliance records. Communicate with customers, property managers, adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure efficient movement and customer support. Manage budgets, timelines, change conditions, and project closeout while partnering with office staff to support billing and collections. Hire and develop crews, ensuring margin awareness and accountability for subcontractors. Given the emergency services nature of the role, flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected.
