Mitigation Project Manager - NRT

Job Summary

Respond to all Mitigation & Emergency Services jobs with service issues, hire and train technicians, and supervise field crews during catastrophic events. Coordinate responses to new jobs, scope projects for estimating, and manage budgets using Xactimate or Symbility. Communicate with insurance adjusters, negotiate estimates, and handle project budgeting and invoicing. Manage sub-contractor relationships, approve invoices, and conduct sales efforts to generate leads. Meet changing needs within timeline and budget while minimizing company risk and ensuring code compliance. This fulltime on-call role requires extensive travel across the country for national accounts and branch markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a record of strong academic achievement
  • At least 1 to 2 years of industry-related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • IICRC certifications in WRT, CDS, and AMRT
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports, correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization in the English language
  • Knowledge of industry related software
  • Ability to touch type
  • Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate via cell phone and appropriate apps
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in the English language
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
