Job Summary
Mitigation Project Manager responsible for leading restoration technicians in fire and water damage emergencies, including after-hours on-call response. Serves as the point of contact for homeowners and insurance companies, files and documents claims, provides sketch and scope of work, and supplies photos/documentation. Coordinates with trades to ensure job completion and maintains up-to-date communication with clients. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test and background check, and be available on-call after hours. IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration is preferred. Available for 24/7 emergency service on a rotation basis.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Available on call after hours
- Prior emergency services project management experience
- Familiarity with water damage restoration processes
- Coordination with trades (plumbers, HVAC, etc.)
