Job Summary
Coordinate mitigation projects from intake through completion, maintaining accurate job files, work orders, and purchase orders while tracking schedules and milestones. Support project managers with administrative tasks, communicate scheduling changes and delays to customers, and coordinate with vendors, insurance contacts, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with billing support, collections activity, and progress payments, while answering inbound calls and responding to client and vendor inquiries. Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Power BI to ensure office and field teams remain aligned during fast-moving emergency response work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project coordination, service coordination, office operations, dispatch, or administrative support experience
- Power BI experience required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with job tracking systems, project documentation, and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
- relevant coordination or operations experience tied to mitigation, restoration, construction, plumbing, or HVAC environments
- permanent U.S. work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mitigation, restoration, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or a similar field environment preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
