Job Summary
Mitigation Technician role based in the field supporting customers during property damage responses. Responsibilities include debris and drywall material removal, demolition per mitigation lead decisions, preparing work areas, staging equipment, setting up containment as needed, ongoing communication with supervisors and team members, following project scopes, completing end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, documenting progress with photos and updates in project management software, and being on-call every 3 weeks. Requires ability to lift 50+ lbs, wear PPE on job sites, and prior demolition or water mitigation experience is a plus. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Full time position (8 hours daily / 40 hours weekly)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to wear required PPE on all job sites.
- IICRC certifications (WRT/FSRT/AMRT, etc.) preferred, but not required
- Previous water mitigation experience preferred, but not required
