Job Summary
Coordinate tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning crews in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications. Conduct daily team huddles to ensure readiness, meet clients and adjusters on site for issue resolution, and re-inspect job sites for quality control. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining organized inventory of trucks and equipment. Participate in the on-call schedule and work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
