Job Summary
Meet clients and adjusters on site to sell work, resolve issues, and provide professional opinions while achieving sales conversion and gross margin goals. Ensure operational performance measures are met for tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning. Provide excellent customer service, assist other team members, and foster positive relationships across departments. Ensure crews are ready daily through morning huddles, re-inspect job sites for quality control, maintain inventory of stocked trucks and equipment, and remain accessible via phone for the on-call schedule. Lead a team serving disaster-affected communities with a sense of urgency, utilizing modern technology to communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
