Job Summary
Mitigation Lead Technician leads project teams on disaster-restoration projects from start to finish, schedules projects with the Mitigation Project Coordinator and Mitigation Director, develops scopes of work, sells new opportunities, manages client/adjuster/participant communications, and oversees job-site operations. Proficient with Xactimate and DASH to estimate and invoice, directs assigned team members, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, and ensures timely, high-quality project execution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- IICRC certifications including but not limited to WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
- Valid Drivers' License
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Experience in emergency restoration
- Sales experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
