Job Summary
Mitigation Lead Technician responsible for inspecting opportunities, selling and signing up new projects, scheduling through the Mitigation Project Coordinator, developing scopes of work, and leading on-site teams to ensure high-quality, timely completion. Requires strong communication with customers, adjusters, and participants; proficiency in Xactimate and DASH for estimating and invoicing; ability to manage subcontractors and organize job-site workflows; and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering exceptional service. Must have emergency restoration experience, sales experience, IICRC certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license; physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in demanding environments; and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- IICRC certifications, including WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT (required)
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (required)
