Job Summary
Install radon mitigation systems in existing homes following a tested training pathway, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project. Responsibilities include performing installations per NRPP/Indiana requirements, following AARST/ANSI design standards, operating safely (climbing ladders, accessing crawlspaces/attics, roof work), learning basic electrical-related tasks for installations, using concrete coring tools and PVC piping, and maintaining professional interactions with clients. The role requires completing required training and licensing, maintaining company standards, and contributing positively to a team. The position is salaried with benefits and a company vehicle provided for job sites.
Required Qualifications
- Complete NRPP and State of Indiana training and exams to obtain primary radon measurement license
- Install radon mitigation systems following designs that meet or exceed standards
- Ability to use concrete coring tools, fit PVC piping, and use power tools
- Adherence to brand standards and licensing requirements
- Self-motivated with good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to complete company paid/reimbursed training and education
