Job Summary
Mitigation Foreman leads a crew on restoration jobs, overseeing water damage, fire damage, and mold projects from start to finish. You’ll supervise technicians and subcontractors on site, execute the restoration production action plan, ensure job-site safety, and document progress with company software. Expect to push the pace, hold the crew accountable, make fast decisions, and bring solutions—not excuses. Requires 1–3+ years of restoration experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and availability for on-call rotation. Compensation is $28–$35/hour with full benefits and regular bonuses; on-site Novato, CA. Training & certifications provided, with opportunities for advancement.
