Job Summary
Mitigation Foreman overseeing restoration projects, leading a crew and any subcontractors on site, executing the restoration action plan, communicating workflow and scope of work, removing/demolishing non-restorable materials, setting up and operating equipment (including truck-mounted extractor), maintaining site safety, working in confined spaces and at heights, and using company software to document loss sites alongside the project manager. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and on-call availability; candidate will supervise the crew and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely restoration production.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers' License
- Background check clearance
- Reliable transportation to office
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Ability to use Email and other software
- Clean shave face for respirator per OSHA regulations
- Experience working in teams
- On-call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on-call/after-hours work)
- Working in confined spaces and heights
- Experience with power tools
- Experience documenting loss sites and taking photos during project stages
- Ability to identify and place drying equipment
