Job Summary
Physical job for a Mitigation Field Technician in Lehigh Valley, PA, performing containment and safety installations, monitoring and operating drying equipment, emergency cleaning, controlled demolition, fleet upkeep, packing/moving client contents, and support for Every Job Sales activities under Lead Tech guidance. Requires team-oriented attitude, reliability, ability to work after-hours on-call, and readiness for physically demanding tasks in harsh conditions such as smoke, water, and mold remediation. Prior disaster restoration experience and IICRC certification are a plus; a valid driver’s license and background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed
- Experience in disaster restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications a plus
- Satisfactory background check
