Mitigation Field Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead daily execution of all mitigation field operations by supervising multiple crews, visiting every active project to monitor progress and quality, and removing obstacles that impede efficient job completion. Coach and develop Lead Technicians through real-time field training, establish clear expectations for workmanship and customer service, and ensure complete documentation including photographs, moisture readings, and syncing before jobs are considered finished. Serve as the primary field resource for technicians, resolve customer concerns proactively, and identify opportunities for additional services or scope changes. Maintain technical proficiency in mitigation work, equipment setup, and software tools like Xactimate and Symbility while enforcing safety compliance and OSHA requirements. Participate in the rotating field on-call schedule for emergency losses and catastrophic weather events, ensuring all projects meet Paul Davis, IICRC, and insurance carrier standards.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of mitigation or restoration experience
- Previous experience leading mitigation crews or supervising field operations
- Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, storm, contents, and emergency mitigation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and other pre-employment requirements
- IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD and other advanced certifications preferred or willingness to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of MICA, Xactimate, Symbility, DocuSketch, or similar restoration software preferred
