Mitigation Field Production Supervisor

Lead daily execution of all mitigation field operations by supervising multiple crews, visiting every active project to monitor progress and quality, and removing obstacles that prevent efficient job completion. Serve as the primary field resource for Lead Technicians while coaching, mentoring, and developing technicians through regular field training and real-time accountability. Ensure every project meets company and IICRC standards by verifying accurate documentation, conducting quality inspections, and eliminating callbacks before crews leave the job site. Maintain technical competence to step into mitigation work, equipment setup, or estimating support as needed, while enforcing safety compliance and promoting a culture of safety on every project. Participate in a rotating field on-call schedule including after-hours, holiday, and weekend responsibilities to respond to emergency losses and support operations during high call volume.
