Mitigation Field Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead daily execution of all mitigation field operations by supervising multiple crews, visiting every active project to monitor progress and quality, and removing obstacles to ensure efficient job completion. Coach and mentor technicians through real-time training while verifying that all documentation, moisture readings, and syncing are completed accurately before jobs are considered done. Serve as the primary field resource for Lead Technicians, resolve customer concerns in the field, and identify opportunities for additional services or scope changes. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule, including after-hours and weekend responsibilities, to respond to emergency losses and provide leadership during high-volume periods. Ensure full compliance with OSHA and IICRC standards while maintaining technical competence to step into documentation, equipment setup, or estimating support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of mitigation or restoration experience
- Previous experience leading mitigation crews or supervising field operations
- Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, storm, contents, and emergency mitigation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and other pre-employment requirements
- IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD and other advanced certifications preferred or willingness to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of MICA, Xactimate, Symbility, DocuSketch, or similar restoration software preferred
