Job Summary
Mitigation Technician on the Paul Davis team responsible for high-level water mitigation, tarp/board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation under Mitigation Manager guidance. Must deliver excellent customer service, maintain organized equipment and truck, participate in on-call schedules, assist in warehousing and facility tasks, and lead when needed. Role emphasizes empathy, urgency, teamwork, cross-training opportunities, and career growth through internal leadership development and Paul Davis University training.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Desire to continually learn new things
