Job Summary
Lead a mitigation crew performing water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke/storm damage cleanup for residential and commercial properties. Take direction from the Mitigation Manager to initiate Strike Teams, set equipment, start demos, and take readings while managing containments and daily progress documentation in MICA. Provide initial customer contact, explain next steps, and monitor ongoing losses by delegating technicians as needed. Submit 12-hour reports, export daily photos and notes, and click Job Completed compliance tasks in RMS. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and program compliance checklists while following safety protocols. Work nights, weekends, and overtime on an on-call basis with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have the ability to be on call and to work nights and weekends/overtime, as needed
- 1 year of experience in water mitigation
- IICRC WRT certification
- Driver's License (Required)
