Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Mitigation Coordinator responsible for coordinating daily activities of mitigation staff and managing project administration activities. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager, Clients, and Contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion. Key responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, documentation maintenance, job file accuracy, and managing TPA compliance. Candidates should possess strong management and communication skills, as well as project management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of technology/computers.
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
