Mitel PS – Junior Custom Integration Consultant

Junior Custom Integration Consultant provides technical implementation support for Mitel solutions, assisting with design, development, testing, end-user testing, and in-service support under supervision. Responsibilities include helping create and obtain customer approval of the Solution Design Document (SDD) with diagrams and database schemas, developing custom solutions or reporting applications per SDD, installing software, performing unit and end-user testing, providing post-implementation support, ensuring customer satisfaction, submitting project paperwork, and deploying custom integration solutions (including interfaces and reporting, CRM connectors, dialers, and IVR/web interfaces). Requires a BS degree in Computer Science or related field, 1-3+ years of experience with languages and tools such as SQL, .NET, C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, HTML, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML; familiarity with Visio, database structures, Agile, and the ability to travel occasionally. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential, along with a willingness to work flexible hours and support nights/weekends when implementing on-site.
