Job Summary
Respond to residents' maintenance and repair requests, completing follow-up work and overseeing property portfolios. Perform upkeep duties to ensure safety, comfort, and aesthetics, while executing apartment turnovers per checklists and deadlines. Complete delegated repairs, maintain inventory, operate company vehicles, and greet residents onsite. Be available for periodic after-hours emergency calls and travel to surrounding areas. Work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. Previous construction or maintenance experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to climb ladders
