Conduct incoming call handling for up to 70 customers, manage appointment scheduling for medical professionals, and log first-level support tickets in IT systems. Maintain client files and correspondence, generate statistics, and handle administrative tasks including mail dispatch and reception of clients for booked sessions. Requires Swiss German as native language with strong oral English and French skills, plus flexibility for holiday coverage. Hourly wage ranges from 20 to 30 CHF. Located in Zürich and Zug.
