Job Summary
Conduct independent research and identification of potential new B2B customers, followed by professional telephone initial contact and conversation management. Coordinate appointments for the outside sales team and manage efficient planning of schedules and regional routes. Create and track offers and contracts using company templates while professionally handling customer inquiries and complaints. Perform general administrative tasks and maintain customer, offer, and master data in the ERP system. Requires experience in telephone sales and new customer acquisition, with strong MS Office skills. Full-time equivalent salary is EUR 2,500 gross per month.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf bzw. in der telefonischen Neukundenakquise
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
- Gespür für Vertriebschancen sowie Freude an Cross- und Upselling
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise bei der Termin-, Angebots- und Stammdatenpflege
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit am Telefon
