Conduct repairs and service on boats in glassfiber, wood, and steel construction, including laminate and gelcoat work, sanding, painting, and wood restoration. Maintain underwater vessels by cleaning hulls, removing antifouling, and applying new coatings. Operate cranes and forklifts to secure boats while managing utilities, lighting, and on-site infrastructure. Perform motor maintenance, electrical work, and facility upkeep including grounds and winter services. Document labor and materials for billing. Work outdoors in all weather conditions with weekend and on-call availability. Requires swimming ability and excellent German language skills.
