Job Summary
Manage the order fulfillment process up to claims management, create delivery documents, and monitor delivery, production, and order schedules. Conduct daily communication with customers, production, and outside sales teams while maintaining and analyzing customer master data. Coordinate with logistics providers for freight forwarding and support technical purchasing. Requires a technical or commercial qualification, preferably with sales back-office experience and export knowledge. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
