Job Summary
Create and finalize legally compliant credit contracts for corporate clients, special financing, and syndicated loans while adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines. Actively manage syndicated financings by coordinating agreements with partner banks, overseeing ongoing engagements, and handling reporting obligations. Analyze existing contract standards to drive process professionalization and digitalization, while providing expert advice on security agreements and trust structures. Support credit decision processes through timely preparation of approvals and management of relevant documentation. Work closely with the market and financing partners to ensure efficient, transparent, and audit-ready execution of complex credit structures.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann mit einer qualifizierten Weiterbildung (z. B. Bankbetriebswirt) oder ein einschlägiges wirtschaftsrechtliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- fundierte Erfahrung in der Marktfolge Aktiv, idealerweise im Bereich Firmenkundenkreditgeschäft und Konsortialmanagement
- Kenntnisse relevanter Vertragsgrundlagen sowie der Arbeitsweise von Konsortien und Treuhandkonstruktionen
- Kommunikationsstärke
