Conduct formal reviews of claims for performance billing, flagging irregularities per § 302 SGB V while verifying data delivery. Maintain standardized templates with technical details and manage processes for forwarding claims to payers or returning them to billers. Handle tasks requiring manual invoice and prescription data entry. Work within a 2- or 3-shift system, including early shifts from 05:00 to 13:30, late shifts from 13:00 to 21:30, and night shifts from 21:00 to 05:30 with a 25% premium.
