Job Summary
Conduct the first point of contact for patients, family members, and hospitals regarding LifeVest® defibrillator emergencies. Collect contact details and perform initial baseline EKGs alongside field service. Support users with technical troubleshooting to ensure device functionality and provide guidance on application and optimization. Coordinate delivery, pickup, and refurbishment logistics while accompanying patients post-defibrillation. Operate in a 24/7 multi-shift model with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
