Conduct repair intake by accepting defective customer devices and creating workshop orders, manage after-sales service assignments with scheduling, and issue repaired goods. Perform short diagnostics on customer units, handle the sale of used equipment and spare parts, and administer loaner device inventory. Requires technical understanding, high customer orientation, and strong computer skills with fluent German.
