Job Summary
Develop and stabilize integration and manufacturing processes for microoptical and holographic products by independently conducting experiments in film processing, bonding, and lamination. Execute feasibility studies and technology qualifications through the analysis of failure images and implementation of process stabilization measures. Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and technical standards while coordinating requirements with development, production, and quality teams. Ensure material and equipment availability for various processes and map relevant workflows into SAP. This role supports the transfer of new materials and product concepts into reproducible industrial processes within ZEISS Microoptics' Photonics & Optics division.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im technischen Bereich
- Einschlägige praktische Erfahrung in Klebe-, Laminier-, Beschichtungs- oder Fügetechnologien
- Einschlägige praktische Erfahrung in Prozessentwicklung und Integrationstechnologien
- Hohes technisches Verständnis
- Prozessdenken
- Freude an praktischer Umsetzung
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
