Job Summary
Develop and implement product strategies for musical instruments, specifically harmonicas and accordions, while conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate closely with research, development, marketing, and sales teams to launch successful products and optimize the existing portfolio to meet customer demands. Coordinate projects and ensure all milestones are met within time and budget constraints. Requires a degree in business, marketing, or similar fields with product management experience, preferably in the music industry. Strong communication, analytical, and team skills are essential, along with fluent German and English. Required Qualifications
- Wünschenswert ist ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit der Ausrichtung auf das Produktmanagement.
- Erste Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Musikbranche oder mit verwandten Produkten.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, um erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Markttrends zu erkennen und darauf zu reagieren.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft.
