Job Summary
Conduct daily porter duties including reception of visitors, vehicle access control, and phone service. Provide information to guests, staff, and suppliers while documenting relevant data and incidents. Manage key administration and initiate measures during special events. Work Monday through Friday between 05:00 and 19:00 hours in a part-time capacity (14-20 hours). Requires full German proficiency, computer skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Volljährigkeit (mind. 18 Jahre)
- einwandfreier Leumund
- ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (MS-Office Anwendungen)
- korrekte und höfliche Umgangsformen
