Conduct surface cleaning and roughening of sheet metal parts by setting up and monitoring sandblasting equipment while performing routine maintenance such as nozzle replacement and media changes. Execute preparatory tasks including cleaning, sanding, and priming, then attach and organize components onto transport lines according to drawings. Perform hand painting with spray guns in powder booths, apply wet coatings, and execute small repair work on machines prior to delivery. Ensure quality control through thickness measurements and visual inspections while strictly adhering to personal protective equipment and safety protocols in dusty environments. Work in rotating shifts within the production and manufacturing department of EMAG Group in Zerbst.
