Job Summary
Conduct upstream processing for therapeutic recombinant proteins by creating bacterial cell banks, cultivating host cells in bioreactors, and isolating target proteins. Execute manufacturing processes in cleanrooms while maintaining strict GMP documentation and performing process-related analytics. Support continuous improvement by transferring new processes from research and development into regular production. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements for products treating cancer and autoimmune diseases. This role is based in the Microbial Products department in Teterow for a permanent position offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, beispielsweise als Biologielaborant, BTA, CTA oder MTA
- ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- sorgfältige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer
- zuverlässig
- hilfsbereit
- aufgeschlossen in Ihrer Kommunikation
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
- fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der bakteriellen Expression rekombinanter Proteine, vorzugsweise im Bioreaktor
- Beherrschung der dafür erforderlichen molekularbiologischen Techniken
