Mitarbeiter Materialvorbereitung (m/w/d)

Provide raw materials, colorants, and additives to plastic processing units by operating, reconfiguring, monitoring, and maintaining all required systems. Monitor material inventories, control and document raw material consumption, and conduct permanent stock inventories. Receive and properly store raw materials using forklifts, while preparing plastic regenerates and picking recycling materials. Work in a two-shift system: early shift from 06:00 to 14:30 or late shift from 14:00 to 22:30, with weekends following the shift schedule. Requires a solid technical understanding, basic MS Office skills, and a motivated, quality-oriented approach with high initiative, flexibility, and teamwork.
