Job Summary
As Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst, you will serve as a central interface between customers, outside sales, and internal departments. In a dedicated sales team, you will actively support the implementation of our sales strategy, ensuring smooth processes and high service quality. Key responsibilities include telephone sales, managing orders, coordinating delivery dates, invoicing, maintaining customer data, and optimizing workflows. Ideal candidates have a completed commercial training, practical sales experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completed commercial training as a merchant for office communication, office management, dialog marketing, office clerk or a comparable field.
- Ability to convey complex topics understandably to different stakeholders and gain their support for ideas.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with targeted solution development and implementation with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work independently, reliably and convincing with assertiveness.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and actively supporting colleagues.
Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience in sales or sales-related activities
- Proficient use of common MS Office products
- Good numerical understanding and analytical thinking
- Experience in preparing offers, order processing, as well as invoicing and auditing
- Familiarity with maintaining and managing customer and master data in IT systems
