Job Summary
Organize, plan, and follow up on national and international trade shows. Coordinate business trips including itinerary planning and booking. Maintain and continuously update the CRM system. Provide telephone and written support to customers and business partners. Support outside sales teams in daily operations and at events. Create and track offers. This role is part of hiPURE's team developing micronutrient concentrates with the Fraunhofer Institute to help families meet their daily nutrient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- Organisationsstärke sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Position wünschenswert
