Job Summary
Conduct ongoing entry, posting, and processing of all payroll-relevant data, including creation of pay certificates. Maintain personnel master data and serve as the contact point for payroll accounting inquiries. Generate reports for authorities, institutions, and tax offices. Requires a completed commercial vocational training, strong knowledge of tax and social security law, and C1 German proficiency. Full-time or part-time availability with immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- sehr gute steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift zwingend notwendig
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung einer Lohnsoftware und der gängigen MS-Office Pakete
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil
