Support Leads and Coaches in training new staff while assisting with store operations including checkout, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Recommend suitable products to meet sales targets and integrate online and offline sales through digital device proficiency. Inform customers and new hires about Nike products and services while continuously expanding knowledge via training tools and staying updated on trends. Act as a Brand Ambassador for Nike initiatives. Work weekends and shifts as required.
