Conduct debtor accounting, including verifying, posting, and reconciling outgoing invoices while managing collections and open accounts. Process travel expense claims according to internal guidelines and serve as the contact point for employee questions. Collaborate closely with sales and other departments to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Maintain master data in the ERP system and handle creditor accounting tasks such as verifying and posting incoming invoices. Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on structured, independent work, requiring strong communication skills and knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
