Job Summary
Process and fulfill online shop orders while managing customer data, inquiries, returns, and claims. Coordinate with shipping carriers and handle credit memos. Support warehouse operations by picking, packing, preparing shipments, managing inventory receipt and dispatch, and maintaining organized storage areas. Requires a commercial vocational qualification, customer service experience, and reliable PC skills. Full-time position with structured onboarding in a growing company.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
- Freundliche und kundenorientierte Kommunikation
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
Desired Qualifications
- erste Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im E-Commerce oder Kundenservice
- Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
