Conduct patient admissions, stay, and discharges while serving as the central contact for all departments. Lead the reception team to ensure smooth operational flow for admissions and discharges, coordinating with the team on all administrative tasks. Plan daily reception staff schedules and manage vacation planning. Collaborate with the Patient Management leadership on digital process development projects. Manage the operational day-to-day of the Psychosomatic Clinic Kloster Dießen within the Artemed Klinikgroup.
