Mitarbeiter Kundenservice & Auftragsmanagement (m/w/d)

Manage B2C customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat while creating orders and tracking them to successful delivery. Coordinate shipments, payments, and refunds while handling complaints and returns with empathy. Maintain ERP, CRM, and online shop systems to ensure smooth operations and actively contribute to internal process optimization projects. Support special projects or take on additional tasks during off-seasons, and personally represent the brand at international trade shows and in our Bad Honnef showroom. Fluent German and English are required, with a background in sales administration or customer service preferred.
