Job Summary
Conduct daily care and supervision for six children and adolescents in an integrated residential community, focusing on trauma-informed support for those with experiences of violence, abuse, or separation. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive abilities while managing household responsibilities with age-appropriate inclusion. Plan and execute educational leisure activities, maintain continuous client records, and communicate regularly with parents, schools, and medical professionals. Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure holistic care. The role requires a recognized social pedagogical qualification, experience with traumatized youth, and availability for night and weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene sozialpädagogische anerkannte Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von traumatisierten Kindern und Jugendlichen in psychischen und sozialen Problemlagen
- Bereitschaft zu Nachtdiensten, sowie Sonn- und Feiertagsdiensten
- aktueller Erste-Hilfe-Kurs
