Job Summary
Design Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories while creating short videos and animations for social channels. Support the communication team with graphic materials for digital and analog campaigns, including flyers, posters, and infographics. Manage layout, image selection, and final print data preparation, plus develop design templates for presentations and CI elements. Assist in writing social media copy, preparing newsletter content, and optimizing SEO for blog posts. Analyze reach and interactions to derive learnings for future content while researching trends and new story ideas. This six-month fixed-term role offers a structured onboarding path for graduates or those with initial experience. The position requires fluent German and English, with a starting salary of approximately €1,700 gross monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss eines Studiums im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Design oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
- erste praktische Erfahrung (ca. 2+ Jahre) in einer Grafikdesign-Rolle
- sehr gute Grafik- und Designkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung ansprechender visueller Kommunikationsmaterialien
- sichere Beherrschung von Canva
- sichere Beherrschung von Figma
- Nutzung von Google Slides für Präsentationen
- Erfahrung in einfacher Videoproduktion und Videoschnitt
- Wissen, wie Inhalte plattformgerecht aufbereitet werden (z. B. mit Untertiteln oder Einblendungen)
- Fließende Beherrschung von Deutsch und Englisch (zumindest C2-Niveau in einer der zwei Sprachen und B2-Niveau in der anderen)
- zuverlässiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Tools und Arbeitsweisen
- Motivation und Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit und Circular Economy
- Wohnsitz in Berlin oder Umgebung
- Bereitschaft, mindestens einen Tag pro Woche im Büro zu arbeiten
