Job Summary
Conduct in-store customer consultation and serve as the primary contact for all inquiries regarding the Breuninger Card, including claims management, gift card sales, and other services. Process and verify Breuninger Card applications and expenditures while managing customer complaints and general service requests. Work flexible hours Monday through Saturday within store operating times, requiring strong communication skills and adaptability to a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel
- erste Berufserfahrung in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Beruf
- kommunikationsstark
- sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- sicher im Umgang mit dem PC
- schnell in neue IT-Systeme einarbeiten
