Conduct powder coating operations using a spray gun per specifications, coordinating and steering daily work schedules for a shift team of two to six employees. Ensure quality, order, and safety standards while assisting with equipment maintenance, repair, cleaning, and optimization. Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and logistics departments. Lead and motivate the shift team, applying technical understanding and attention to detail. Work in a two-shift system at our CO2-neutral facility in Murau, specializing in metal components for automotive, electrical, and lighting industries.
